Overview

The Prepared Map assessment runs in your browser. Your answers are held in this browser tab only and are not transmitted to KEE Planned servers unless you choose to email yourself the results, join the waitlist, or start a plan purchase.

What information we collect

The Prepared Map assessment

Your answers are held in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and are not sent to KEE Planned servers. Closing or clearing the tab removes them.

• If you choose to email yourself a copy of your results, we collect the email address you provide to send that one message.
• We may collect anonymous aggregate analytics (page views, browser type) via standard web analytics. This data does not identify you individually.

Waitlist signups

If your results indicate special circumstances and you join the attorney-referral waitlist, we collect the name, email, and assessment summary you submit so we can follow up with referral guidance.

Plan pre-orders

If you pre-order a Will-Centric Bundle, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not receive or store your card details. We retain the email address and order information needed to deliver your workbook and provide support.

Contact and inquiry forms

If you submit a contact form, inquiry, or event RSVP, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) to respond to your request. We do not sell this information.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries, waitlist signups, and support requests.
• To deliver a purchased workbook and provide order support.
• To improve our educational tools and user experience (using anonymous aggregate data only).
• We do not sell personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your Prepared Map responses for advertising targeting.

Data retention

• Local browser data: controlled by you. Clear your browser data or close the tab to remove it.
• Contact inquiries and waitlist entries: retained for up to 12 months or until resolved.
• Order records: retained as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements. You may request deletion.
